Here you will find listed all the countries from which we can deliver or pick up your pet.
We will pick up the pet from the address and deliver to the address you specify (door to door). If you have not found the country listed here, or the kind of animal, please feel free to contact us. We will try to help you or find a solution.
Our staff are certified type 2 long haul drivers. We also have a specially adapted vehicle approved by the State Veterinary and Food Administration of Slovakia (SVPS SR).

How does a transport of your pet look like in practice
Placing your order
After completing and submitting the form on our website, we will review it and upload it to our system.
Pricing and confirmation of your order
After receiving your submitted order, we will calculate your cost individually. After processing and confirming all the necessary information, your order status will be “confirmed”.
Collection
Collection of your pet will be done at address and time agreed by you.
Journey
Our qualified drivers are looking after your pet during the whole duration of the journey.
Delivery
Delivery of your pet will take place at the specific time and address confirmed by you.
After delivery
After you receive your pet, we will kindly ask you to allow us to take a picture or a short video (for our social media) of another happy, safely delivered pet 🙂

Conditions of transport
Travel to Great Britain and Ireland after 1.1.2012
The animal must be:
-microchipped (tattoos not sufficient)
-Must have valid vaccination against rabies by the veterinarian-vaccination is valid for 21 days after the day of administration, which has been carried out on a already microchipped animal which is more than 3 months old (the date of microchipping must be prior to the date of vaccination)
-Accompanied by a pet passport issued by an authorized veterinarian
-Treated by an authorized veterinarian against echinococcosis for at least 24 and not more than 120 hours (5 days) prior to entry into the territory of the United Kingdom,
(The deworming consists of administration of medicinal product containing an appropriate dose of praziquantel or pharmacologically active substances which, in themselves or in combination with other active substances, have proven to reduce the infestation of the host species of adults and non-adult intestinal forms of the parasite echinococcus multilocularis)
-Treatment against echinococcosis is not necessary if the animal comes from Finland, Ireland or Malta
-The treatment against ticks is no longer necessary
